Karlos Dansby or Justin Houston? We play 3 IDPs and the other 2 are London Fletcher and Lavonte David. 14 team, deep & experienced league.....Scoring is as follows:

Tackle Solo 1  
Tackle Assist .5  
Sack 4
Interception 4.5
Fumble Force 2.5
Fumble Recovery 3
Defensive Touchdown 6  
Safety 5
Pass Defended 2
Block Kick 3.5
Tackles for Loss .5
Turnover Return Yards 10 yards per point

Scoring is big play heavy to a certain degree, so I'd go with Houston.
