Haggan this week or Riley?

Do you think Haggan goes off this week vs. Chicago?

I've got Riley in my DP slot, but could pick up Haggan instead.
How about for rest of the season?

I'd rather go with Riley in both regards. Not sure how many tackle opportunities there will be against Chicago this week with Forte and Cutler out.
