Fujita and Cle run defence

Cle's formidable run defence allowed lots of points from RBs from last two weeks. Do you think this could be somehow linked to Fujita's injury? If Fujita is still out this week, do you think Goodson is a good play this week? I need to choose betweem Goodson (vs Cle) and K Williams (vs Min). Both RBs are facing good run D, but wonder whether Cle's poor run defence could be due to Fujita's absence or RBs with nice pass catching ability (MJD last week).

Cleveland really isn't that great against the run (21st). I would start Goodson (assuming Stewart doesn't play).
