FA LB pick up: Thomas Davis vs Brandon Spikes

Hi Guru! I am trying to add some depth to my LB corp. T Davis looks good tonight. Regardless of what happens to Beason recovery, he will be the everydown backer right? As a Beason owner, I may want to scoop him up as an insurance. On the other hand, if Spikes plays as MLB, he could be golden this year although this move is not final yet. Who would you go for it?

Finally, as a Barnett owner, do I have to worry about Morrison signing in Buf?

I would go for Thomas Davis. I agree, he looked pretty good in the preseason game. Spikes lacks good coverage skills and therefore it's doubtful he will ever be a three-down linebacker.

You don't have to worry about the Morrison signing. He was brought on as depth behind Andra Davis.
