I would rank them in the following order:
1) Hawthorne
2) Johnson
3) Washington
4) McClain
5) Cushing
6) Chaney/Matthews
Now that Tatupu has been cut, Hawthorne has definite top 10 potential if he plays every down. Johnson should his top 15 ability last season. The Cardinals really like Daryl Washington and they seem to be grooming him for Lawrence Timmons-type role. I've not given up on McClain. He showed signs of improvement towards the latter half of last year and is in a good position to be a low-end LB1. Cushing's value takes a bit of a hit moving to a 3-4. Chaney/Matthews situation is quite of muddled at this point and Philadelphia doesn't receive a ton of tackle opportunity.
Hope this helps!
