Dynasty Team in Rebuild Mode

So, I have blown up my team in my dynasty league. I thought, on paper, it was a team that could compete this year. My IDP lineup started with a bunch of aging used to be studs, now solid players. That would have gotten me by. Well, they didn't perform and after week 5 I made the decision to blow it up and start over! Here is my roster as of now, and I would like recommendations on who to hold and who to move on from. If the guy on my roster isn't going to help me in two years, I need to move on now! Thanks

Starting Requirements (3-4 Defense or 4-3 Defense)

DT - SenDerrick Marks, Linval Joseph
DE - Michael Bennett, Chris Clemmons, Fletcher Cox, Mike Daniels, William Gholston, Chris Long
ILB - Prince Shembo, Avery Williamson, Vincent Rey, Khairi Fortt
OLB - D. Trevethan, B. Marshall, KJ Wright, Nigel Bradham, Khaseem Greene, Deontae Skinner
CB - J.McCourty, A.Verner, D.Slay
S - Kam Chancellor, Charles Woodson

I know Woodson is one to try and move, but no one wants him, so I'm just going to keep sticking him in my lineup since he's already had a bye. Thanks for any reccomendations anyone has for me.

Cox and Gholston, kinda unsure, theyve been ok not great but id look at them, depends on how deep your league us, youd most likely be able to get something better in next years fantasy draft? but depends how deep your league is. Your DBs are real nice!

Re: Dynasty Team in Rebuild Mode

We play on CBS and you get 5 players you can assign to a practice squad. Those are 1st or 2nd year guys that you want to have on your roster, but you don't have to use them during the year. You assign 5 practice squad guys after week 2 of the season. If you activate them, they become part of your roster and you have to drop a player for them. Otherwise, you can carry them on your roster at no cost.

So, you're saying keep those guys you listed and get rid of the rest?

Re: Dynasty Team in Rebuild Mode

that sounds really cool, I might look into having the practice squad in my league as well.

Cox would be worth a practice squad, his issue for me in yahoo is hes only DE and doesnt put enough stats as a DE in the phily system to warrant a spot on acitve roster. As a DT, he had potential and I owned him last year, but with the DE only tag, theres alot of better options.

Golston unless he really impressed most likely wont start next year, the draft has alot of DEs coming out, it would be hard to see Golston given the starting job back unless he really shows up but hes really not a sack guy from what Ive seen.

Brown I would keep, I took him as a rookie, he could be worth the P Squad, elite HS prospect, played really good at KState after leaving Miami, alot of speed, hits, he will end up somewhere next year I'm sure.
