Dynasty LB suggestions

I'm drafting in a new dynasty tomorrow that will include extremely high scoring for IDP's.  Who are the top 5 best dynasty picks at linebacker in a system that is slightly tackle heavy?

I don't know much about some of their long term situations.  Will the 49ers be able to keep their defense together? And is that a good thing or a bad thing for Patrick Willis?  What will happen to Laurinaitis if the Rams get an offense, a couple more players that can actually tackle someone, or if he doesn't get a new contract next year?  Should I care that Bishop hasn't started a full season or that Derrick Johnson turns 30 this year?  Is there any reason I shouldn't expect a huge career from McCarthy at this point?

I'm looking for longevity.  Who are the guys that are going to be top 10 or 15 linebackers for the next 5, 7, or 10 years?

Re: Dynasty LB suggestions

My top 5 Dynasty LBs are as follows:

1. Patrick Willis (27)
2. Desmond Bishop (27)
3. James Laurinaitis (25)
4. D'Qwell Jackson (28)
5. Colin McCarthy (24)

HONORABLE MENTION: DARYL WASHINGTON (25)

All the players above are 28 and younger and are the focal points of the defense. McCarthy is the most risky of the group but he's also the youngest and has great 100+ solo tackle upside as soon as this season.

These guys are about as sure of thing as you get in Fantasy Football.

Hope this helps!

Re: Dynasty LB suggestions

Well it doesn't help me with the draft because I didn't take the time to ask until the day before.  But it does make me feel good, cause I got Willis, Bishop, McCarthy, and Washington as my starting 4!
