Drop Trevathan for von miller?

Trevathan is going to be out for a few weeks, or at best hobbled with a cast.
Just wondering if Von Miller is worth a pickup?  He's listed very low on your rest of the season rankings, but is sure off to a hot start.

I can play 3 LBs, and have Levonte David, bowman, derrick johnson in addition to Trevathan.

He's low because it's very hard for OLB pass rushers to be starters in balanced scoring. That said, Miller has the talent and is off to a hot start. Additionally, the matchup against Cincy is favorable so this is the week to use him.
