I would. It's a risky move as Dawkins is a proven veteran and Chung has just entered the IDP arena. However, these are the type of moves that win you championships. Chung's upside is too great to pass up in my opinion. He has top 5 DB potential and people who follow IDP very closely predicted that Chung was bound for a breakout season, so he didn't come completely out of nowhere.
