Devin McCourty full time kick-returner now?

With the release of Leon Washington - does that make Devin McCourty the full time kick returner now?

With his move to safety and an uptick in tackles, and being the kick returner, in IDP leagues that count return yardage, he could be a top-3 guy potentially.

I don't think they want him returning kicks even after the release of Washington.
