DeAngelo Hall's move to safety...

I've been reading that Hall is moving to Safety this year, but he's listed CB from last year. If this happens and we can start Hall at CB all year where, as a CB, would you rank him?  Higher than your initial projection?

 

If he qualifies at CB and you play in a CB-required league, then I would bump him up in the top 15-20 range. If this isn't a league that requires you to start a CB, then I don't really his value changing much.
