DL Waiver Wire Options

I have Kyle Williams (BUF) on my team this week because i had to cut Justin Smith this week because of a bye... Now I'm not sure whether I should keep Williams, pick up Smith again, or pick up James Hall who was also cut this week

I would probably try and grab Justin Smith. He's one of the most reliable defensive lineman in the game.
