DL - Trade help

I am in a dynasty IDP league -

Notable stats to be aware of -  

Tackles and Assisted Tackles are worth 3 points each
Sacks are worth 3 points
Interceptions are worth 4 points
Tackle for Loss points are worth 2 points

I have Chandler Jones who had 59 tackles and 17 sacks last year

I need WR help/depth (I have JuJu, Robert Woods and Keelan Cole)

Do I trade:

Chandler Jones

For:

Mike Williams (potential)
Solomon Thomas (potential but had 41 tackles last year)
2nd Rd pick in our upcoming Rookie draft (will give me three in 2nd round)

My second DL is Vernon at the moment

That's tough. Any chance you could look at a 2 for 2 trade and get both Mike Williams &
Solomon Thomas? I'm not a fan of simply getting a draft pick for him. His value could go up as the season gets started too.
