Quanterus Smith IR - obvious

Currently I'm looking at Nick Fairley and Haloti Ngata for my starters for week 2.  Wanted your thoughts.  [I just dropped weak WRs and RBs to pick up Selvie & Poe for depth].

Cool.  It seemed the obvious choice since Williams is considered one of the top, but he didn't register much last week.

I will make the switch.
