DL J. Smith or L. Williams

I picked up Jacquies Smith in a number of my drafts as most passed him and you have him rated highly. I have tried to find more info on him, but there is little.

In one league I see rookie Leonard Williams is available and I think he should do well this week against the Browns and possibly a few more weeks until Richardson returns.

Who would you go with short and long term?

Smith for the season, if its a dynasty league I'd take Williams, I did like smith coming out of the Mizzo and hes going to start, he did look improved and could be a sleeper
