DE vs OLB Multiple Fronts

How do you evaluate OLBs in today's 3-4 defense/multiple front?  Traditionally I tend to stay away from OLBs.  Should I start to consider drafting them?

I find that high tackle LBs perform better than OLBs that rely on sacks.
