Despite having the skill-set to play inside, it seems like the Packers would prefer to use him on the outside. That may change during the season if Jones struggles, but I think Lattimore gets first crack at the position if that happens. Jones lost nickel duties towards the end of last season, so there may be some opportunity there for Lattimore/Bradford early on, but I don't see either getting starter snaps until later on in the season.
