CB Possibiities

I am in IDP league and am trying to assess which DB's are the best to sign through Auctions, Free Agency or also Rookie DB's in upcoming Rookie Draft. I am finding that the shutdown corner like a Patrick Peterson or a Richard Sherman are not always the best options to accumulate points because they have shutdown corner tendencies, however if the CB is a playmaker that is a different story. Whom would be the some solid DB's to select for 2016?
