C McCarthy or P Angerer?

Both of potential stud LBs were dropped in my league. I have single IR spot available to accomodate. Who would you prefer? If you recommend both of them, is it ok to drop Woodyard or Riley for them?

Angerer will likely be back before McCarthy. I think McCarthy is a better fantasy option though all things being equal. If you can wait an extra week or two, I'd roll with CM. I'd drop Woodyard over Riley.
