Bill's LB B Scott is also designated as safety in most leagues. As bye week starts, is he a good pickup to fill either safety or LB spot? Last week's 14 tackles are likely an aberration, but should not be ignored.
Leave him on the wire. He's the Bills outside nickel linebacker and was in for the lion's share of snaps against the spread offense of the Patriots. That won't be the case this week against the 49ers.
