Bruce Carter & Ernie Sims

I have both and not sure what to do. I would like to free up a spot but not sure if either is worth holding on too. It seamed like they split time in week 5 and not a lot on the wire as I am in a deep league. If I had to drop one who should it be. Sims or Carter?
Second question
If Brad Jones is going to miss any time with his hammy injury, who would take his spot at this point?

Drop Sims not Carter.

Nothing definitive on Jones yet, but I would guess he's going to miss a few weeks. His backup his Jamari Lattimore and he's worth a look as an LB4.
