Bell or Porter

Bell is still Q with a kneck issue, however Tracy Porter has been crazy the past two weeks...Should I play Porter over Bell?

Porter is a really nice big play option this week. If you are an underdog and need points, go for Porter. Otherwise, play Bell (assuming he plays).
