Dallas's cover 2 seems to create opportunities for Church to tackle over LBs. I wonder he could be No.1 waiver wire pickup among all DBs.

Safeties in a Tampa-2 scheme generally don't produce that well from a fantasy perspective since they are expected to play in deeper zones. Not saying that Church can't be a viable fantasy option, but that fact along with playing behind two very good linebackers is going to reduce his week to week tackle opportunities. DB3 at most IMO.
