ARI LBs

The ARI scheme has me confused.
Is it possible they only play 1 LB most of the time (for MFL designation.)
Is Krys Barnes a viable LB?

Gannon deployed 1-LB sets 25% of the time las year which was about 10% more than the league average. So yes, I would expect Kyzir White to see a lot of time as the sole linebacker on the field. Josh Woods may have leapfrogged Barnes at the other LB spot, but given the heavy-use one-LB usage, that spot won't be too valuable anyway.

I was burned on Kyzir White last year, who was mediocre at best. We're in a contract league, so I've got him again. I'm thinking of starting players like Kwity Paye and Travon Walker over him. I like his potential, and especially the potential of the Cardinals sucking so why not just run the ball on them?

Will he outperform Paye and Walker in that flex position?

I'm still going with White over those guys.
