A Williams

A Williams is designated as CB in our league (cb required league). With his role as a SS uncertain at this point, can I drop him for J McCourty or R McClain?

Or can I drop Webb for  J McCourty or R McClain? Otherwise, stay put with A Williams and Webb as two CBs for ros?

Re: A Williams

I have the same question about Aaron Williams.
Since Byrd is back, and Williams is playing CB, does he have much upside?

I was also wondering the same thing. I have Searcy as well right now and I am starting to get a little worried about the crowded secondary. I don't want to get burned by one of these guys going to the bench. I know Searcy lost the SS job in the preseason to Williams but now I can't see the Bills making a change with the way he has been playing there recently. I have a funny feeling Searcy will hold on to the job with Williams sticking at corner in some type of rotation.

Re: A Williams

Situation is admittedly bit cloudy. However, my gut tells me Searcy sticks with Williams rotating at CB/S. Defensive back value fluctuates dramatically throughput the season anyway, so my advice is to ride the Searcy wave until it crashes (if it does). Never hurts to have a plan B in place though.
