A. Samuel or A. Talib

I have Verner on my bench for the bye...  So I picked up A. Samuel to fill in.  Just noticed that A. Talib is avalable.  Should I play him this week over Samuel or drop Verner and Samuel and ride the Talib train for the ROS?
